You just had someone say yes to what you have to offer. Now you will find out if all of your business planning pays off. You are getting the packet together to send them. You include the forms they need to fill out and sign, any catalogs you may have, and a letter.

Make sure that when you are writing the letter you include your address. It is very important that the customer knows how to reach you. You dont want to call them in a few weeks to find out about the paperwork only to hear them say I changed my mind and didnt know how to contact you.

When typing the letter type 'please fill out the forms and return them to this address' and type your address. Your address should appear in the letter and on the outside of the envelope. You may also consider putting a self addressed stamped envelope in the packet with the letter, asking the customer to place the forms in the envelope enclosed and send it back. This way it doesnt cost them to send it back. Also, if they have to send anything else, make sure you point that out as well. Say something like, 'along with the forms please include your check for $24.95 and send them back in the envelope provided.'

Along with your address you can also give them other ways to contact you like your home phone number, your cell phone number if you have one, your e-mail address and your work phone number if you have another job besides this one.

After you have sent the packet, call after a few days to make sure they received it. Also give them a few days to fill it out and call back to make sure they have mailed it back to you. If you stay on top of the customer they will most likely send it back. If you just send the packet and dont follow up you may not see the packet again. Following up shows the customer that you care about them.

In the business of network marketing, the lines of communication are important. Always be willing to talk to a customer no matter what time of day or night it is. They are in this business because they trust you. It is up to you to help and nurture them. Dont leave them hanging.
